Q1: Who can get a loan on RocketMoney?
- Citizen of Zambia. - 18 years of age or older - Person having their own Mobile Wallet.
Q2: How to get loans on RocketMoney?
- Download RocketMoney app from Google Play. - Use the Phone Number that is registered with your NRC. - Fill in required Personal Information. - The loan can be obtained after the Review is approved.
Q3: Why does RocketMoney collect your personal information?
- To provide you better loan services and evaluate your Credit History.
Q4: Can I update my NRC information in RocketMoney App?
- Please ensure that your account is registered with your own NRC. We only allow one account to be bound to the same NRC. Once submitted, you can not modify the NRC information. You are advised to fill your NRC information carefully before clicking the "NEXT" button.
Q5: Can I update my Mobile Wallet Account information in RocketMoney App?
- Once the Mobile Wallet Account information is entered it cannot be updated. Please use the Account on which you want to recieve the loan.
Q6: How do I receive the loan?
- You can use your Mobile Wallet.
Q7: How to receive the loan through Mobile Wallet?
You need to have a Mobile Wallet account on the same number as on RocketMoney . We will send the loan to your Mobile Wallet.
Q8: What is our review process?
- We will check your Credit history based on the information provided, through Automated Risk Assesment Or you may recieve a call from the Verification Department.
Q9: Can I register on RocketMoney App through mobile number which is not registered on Mobile Wallet?
It is recommended to use the same mobile number to register the App that is on your Mobile Wallet account.
Q10: How to repay the loan?
- There are two options to repay the loan: - RocketMoney APP. - USSD code: *885*703#
Q11: How to repay the loan through RocketMoney APP?
- You need to have a RocketMoney App. - Tap "Mobile Account" on RocketMoney App. - Tap "REPAY NOW" button - You will receive a prompt to enter the Mobile Wallet pin.
Q12: How much time do I have after the due date to return the loan?
With each passing day a late payment penalty will be charged. If you still don’t pay, legal action would be taken.
Q13: Is my information secure?
Yes, the information you provide is totally secure as we are a licensed company and need to abide by government laws to protect your information. The information is only used for verification purpose.
Q14: Why was my personal information collected?
We just ask for very limited information just to provide you with better loan services and evaluate your credit limit more effectively.
Q15: The application shows that I can borrow up to 20,000 ZMW, But the approved amount is low. Why?
It is determined based upon your credit rating that how much loan would be approved. If you pay on time you can get a higher loan in future.
Q16: I forgot my RocketMoney App PIN, How can I sign in?
Dear Customer, Go to the Sign-In page of the RocketMoney App and use FORGOT PIN option to reset your PIN, Or tap on the OTP Verification to generate OTP.
Q17: How I can Keep my Account Secure?
Never disclose your OTP and password to anyone. Always use your personal mobile for logging into account.
